It is a crucial stage to crush the materials for making fish feed. The crushing process enlarges the surface area of the raw materials which can help to increase the solubility of the feed in digestive juice and promote the digestion of the animal. Main Parts of Droplet Pet Feed Crusher
Pedestal: the heavy-duty base supports and connects each parts of the feed crusher together. It decreases vibration, increases reliability and prolongs the service life of the feed grinding machine. After being ground, materials are discharged from the lower discharge port under the pedestal.
Rotor: it is comprised of main spindle, pin shaft, hammer pieces, hammer plate, bearings and bearing housing, being the main moving component of the pet feed crusher machine. As rotor is with high rotational speed, before installed with hammer pieces, it should be checked of Dynamic Balance to ensure the running is stable.
Operative Door: Open it when exchanging sieve plate or hammer pieces. The specially-designed screen press unit makes sieve plate replacement more convenient.
Abrasion-resistant Lining Plate: it is designed with replaceable parts, when worn to a degree, it must be changed to keep the broken fragments from entering the crushing chamber. The linking plate increases the longevity of the fish feed crushing machine.

electric motor and rotors of the crusher are installed on the same Heavy-duty Base. Hammer pieces are centrosymmetric, and rotators can work both forward direction and inversion after dynamic balance checking.
Fish Feed Crusher Working Principles
First, we put the raw materials into the crushing chamber through a feed hopper, and there are flailing hammers spinning quickly and close to a perforated screen. Then the broken materials are moved along the rotor outer-edge and go through a continuous collision and friction against hammer, toothed plate and sieve. Then the broken material is totally crushed. If the particle size is smaller than the holes on the screen after processing, feed powder can pass through the screen. Finally, the feed particles discharge to the fan, and products are blown through the cyclone and delivered into storage bags under the suction force of working fan.
