1. Raw Material Crushing – Ingredients such as grains, meat meal, fish meal, soybean meal, corn, and vitamins are ground into fine powder for easier mixing.
2. Feed Mixing – The powdered raw materials are blended thoroughly with oils, fats, and additives to ensure a balanced formula.
3. Pet Food Extrusion – Using a dry or wet type extruder, the raw materials are cooked under high temperature and pressure, forming the desired pet food shapes (pellets, kibbles, sticks, bones, etc.).
4. Pet Food Drying – Moisture is reduced in a continuous dryer to increase shelf life and maintain product quality.
